Philippines

You must secure a certificate of authority as a Money Services Business from the Philippine Central Bank (BSP).

South Korea

You must successfully file a virtual asset service providers or VASP report with the commissioner of the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (KoFIU).

United States

You must be duly registered with:

a) FinCEN as a Money Services Business and as a money transmitter in at least one state; or

b) federal or state-chartered bank, provided that you meet the following specifications:

Comply with relevant legal requirements, including any local legal requirements at a state or federal level.

Ensure your ads and landing pages follow all Google Ads policies.

Thailand

You must acquire the relevant Digital Asset Business licence from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand.

Advertisers targeting the countries indicated above must also meet all relevant local legal requirements and obtain a certification from Google.

Other Countries and Regions

Similar to the above-mentioned specifications, advertisers must comply with all applicable local legal requirements and be Google-certified.
